Summary: Logmein will cause real media format videos not showing in Windows Media Player. (only audio, no video)

Because my .RM not playing properly in my windows media player. so i formatted my computer , and install all the programs one by one to see which program caused the problem. it turns out it's the logmein program.

I know some of you is probaly wondering ... why do i want to play .RM and .RMVB in windows media player........

it's because realplayerPPC version is useless, it can only play low bitrate video.... and converting RM is very slow.. and converting some RMVB need to convert RMVB to RM first.. and then convert the converted RM to AVI, so you can view it on PPC....it can take more than 2 hour to convert a 1 1/2 hour movie sometime.

Here's my solution how to watch RealMedia File on PPC:
1)Install and Setup Orb ( www.orb.com ), add video folders that you want to watch on Axim.
2)Download RealMedia Splitter. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/...a_Splitter.htm

Extract the File "RealMediasplitter.ax" in "Release Unicode" Folder (<<--For Windows 2000/XP) inside the zip file, to "C:\windows\system32"
3) Click on Start >> Run, Type regsvr32 realmediasplitter.ax

now, you should be able to play RM in your windows Media Player.

Next, on your PPC, open IE, go to Orb.com, Login to your account, and click the video you want, and click the Play Icon at upper right of the screen.

WMP should pop up, and enjoy the show~! :love:
