You need more settings than just username, password and IP gateway. As you are probably using Cisco's VPN-client on your laptop, you could navigate to the Cisco VPN-client directory and look for the file [connection name].PCF. This will be your settings file for the connection. You can open it with notepad. Things of interest are: Encryption algorithm, DH-Group, group name, group password and things like that.
But as the screenshot you have to check your IPSec parameters, and this means that you have probably set the IKE values right. My working settings are:
IKE setup:
Encryption Algorithm: 3-DES
Hash algorithm: MD5
DH Group : Group 2
Perfect Forward Secrecy: enable
IPsec setup:
Encryption Algorithm: 3-DES
Hash algorithm: MD5
Compression algorithm: None
Perfect Forward Secrecy: disable
But those are not guaranteed to work for you; you have to find the settings which work with the setup of your specific gateway. Change one value at a time and try a lot of different combinations, and eventually you wil be succesful.
