Opera Web Browser Question

I been looking into buying opera web browser for pocket pc but my question is, is there a phone number I can call up to order it? Instead of doing it on the Net because I don't have a visa card or credit card and my friend agreed to pay for it if I can find a number so she can call on phone instead. Thanks guys for your help.

I don't think the version that you can buy runs on ppc.

From the Opera web site:

Opera 8 for Windows Mobile
Smartphone 2003 only (does not work on Pocket PC)

There's still no official, non-beta version of Opera Mobile for the PPC. The MS Smartphone version has nothing to do with it.

You may want to read http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/ind...3&p=583&more=1 for a review of Opera B2.

The expected US price for Opera 8.5 for PPC\WM5 will be: $29

More information can be found here...
Mobile Forum: http://my.opera.com/community/forums/forum.dml?id=102
Pricing?: http://my.opera.com/community/forums....dml?id=120478

Beta 2 main thread (many posts): http://my.opera.com/community/forums....dml?id=127518

Whats new in beta 2?
New features in this build
- tabs
- support for http upload
- keyboard shortcuts:
tab (next form element)
space (scroll down one page)

Known issues in this build:
* some issues with fullscreen
* Opera may steal focus from other applications
* WM 2003 specific: Opera may stop downloading if you have visited many big Web sites.
The solution to fix the problem is to Exit Opera by pressing Ctrl+Q. Then restart Opera.
