With Qmail, can you use another program (httpmail) to check your hotmail account or do you have to do it seperatly?

Also, when I stop all running programs instead of minimizing them, my Qmail shortcuts don't work. I have to go to the real icon, click on it and then the shortcuts work. Did I do something wrong in my installation?

Are there any good instruction manuals on how to better utilize Qmail?
