I also now allows you to switch modes while being connected (x50v/WM2003SE).

the point is that you don't have to install activesync on your comp & u can use it as a cardreader :approve:

I have been waiting for this to become x50 compatible for as long as I have had my x50v!

Now I can finally use my Axim to transfer documents between home and work like I did with my previous PPCs.

This is excellent. I cannot install Active sync at work due to IT police, but this works fine as a card reader so I can charge at my desk, and transfer files over to work on when out of office, as well as cab files. If it works with my mac at home as well, I'll be very happy indeed.

Yea that is a good thing. I have a 512 SD card and an 8gb CF card. I just bought an CF to USB adapter for like 4 bucks... but I hate having to pull my cards out, and install it into this adapter for a few files.

Its about time this got finished. Now I just need a Axim USB cable (minus the cradle)

Are you speaking from experience?
Prior versions were much MUCH faster than ActiveSync mode.
4-5 times faster in fact.
