I have been using this app to dl my hotmail for awhile during the trial run. It worked perfectly. However, I just purchased the product, inputed the serial, and not it won't work. Before, it would download the email when synced to the comp, now it doesn't. Any help?

What doesn't work? Do you get any error messages?
