New PocketBreeze user. Is there a way to make reoccurring appointments consolidate into one dispay on the calanader tab?

I'm not %100 sure if I understand the question, or the purpose that you will need such feature?

Will you be able to explain some more for what purpose you will need this feature? This will help me understand better what you are trying to achieve and then tell you if this is possible already or maybe something that we will need to consider with future updates :)

I have a reoccurring appointment ... Sat.Sun.Mon ... and on the today screen it dispays as all three days. Is there a way to make it show on one line with just the reoccurring symbol so that it takes up less space.

Another question...When I try to minimize PocketBreeze it locks up. Have to soft reset to get the ppc working again. Any ideas?

Hi pmforester :)

At the moment there is no option to group multi-day appointments to show only one groping title (date) and the appointments will show on all the dates they span on.

Don't you think it will be a bit confusing to review your agenda and when reviewing a future date (for example tomorrow) it won't list an appointment that starts today and spans for the next two days?

This is an issue that we are aware of and I'm glad to say already fixed with version 5.1, which is currently in public beta stage and can be downloaded from our site (Public beta 2 will be out in the next 48 hours if you prefer to wait for it :) ).

If you prefer not to install the public beta version at this stage and continue using the current version that you have until we will reach the official release for this, you can also resolve this by changing one simple setting with the current version.

Enter PB Settings -> General settings -> Advanced (bottom tab) -> and change the check state for the option "Refresh today screen after minimize", this should help you resolve this issue :)

Thanks for the quick responses!! The change to the advance settings did the trick.

I would not find that confusing. I list 7 days of calander events. What I am saying is it would be nice to show the event that spans several days only on the start date with some kind of notification as to when it ends.

ie.Tommrow - Vacation April 15-17

Just some thoughts!

pmforester, you might could try using recurring tasks instead of actual appointments. These show up as only one item at a time.... I'm not sure if it will meet all your requirements, but I thought I'd mention it.

Is there a way to put undated tasks under Today on the calender, and have the preceded with an undated string, similar to the Tasks tab?

Also, is there a way to have all active tasks displayed today, with their due date listed, in the calendar tab, instead of only showing on the due date?
