What is the best money software program to keep track of credit card, online, etc purchases?

Microsoft Money is worth a look- it syncs to the pocket pc. Cool B) !

Be very careful about installing MS Money for Pocket PC. A lot of people have had a hard time getting it to uninstall properly (including myself). Personally, I use Money Manager by CarlSoft. Simple, easy, and not a memory hog.
