I just purchased a new PDA and I've purchased a license for MemMaid 1.44 for my old PDA. I would like to transfer this to my new PDA after hard resetting my old PDA (to be sold shortly).

I tried to email support@dinarsoft about this, but the messages keep bouncing back saying "This message does not comply with required standards." whatever that means.

I have my old PDA id, new PDA id, registration code and a receipt for the new PDA. Can someone let me know what else I might need and how to go about doing this?
