I have tried several times to uninstall cLaucher with no success. I first tried to do it via activesync with no luck. Then I tried doing it on the axim through the "remove programs". I keep getting a message that I need to end the program first, but when I go to "running programs", it is not listed. I intentionally opening the program and left it running and it is still not listed in "running programs" Then it told me that uninstall was unsuccessful because a file was not removed. I believe it was \windows\clauncher\dll

I found that file with file explorer, deleted it, and tried to uninstall again. No Luck. Now the icons are gone, but the tabs are still there. Everytime I soft reset, the file I deleted also comes back.

Any suggestions????

Go to Start - Settings - Personal tab- Today - Items tab and make sure cLauncher is unchecked before uninstalling.

Moved to Utilities.

Ok, I did that (thanks! :) ) and the clauncher is off my today screen, but still listed in in programs. I tried to uninstall on the axim and it looks like it is uninstalling, but when it is done, the program is still listed. I tried to do it through activesync and the box to is grey with a check in it and it won't let me uncheck it. Is it using memory?

Ok, it might be just the shortcut that is left. Using File Explorer, go to Windows\Start Menu\ Programs. Find the link and tap and hold. Then select Delete.
