Outlook2003 clean up ?

Got about 300+ contacts on my Palm Vx which I would prefer to have on my Ax.

So recently I did the first Vx 'sync' to a new Outlook 2003 - with too much success.
I got all my contacts copied with no problems, but I also go about 200 (pending/erased) tasks and my calendar way back from 2001 - no needs.

I'm very new to Outlook, so how do I easily delete all my tasks and calendar entries - just keeping all my contacts - before I sync with my ax for the very first time on this PC ?

I believe there's an option with AS to only sync what you want.
Unmark what you don't want to sync (task for your case), and you should be okay.

Of course this is a quicky solution, I'm not sure how to delete it permanently either, but for now that should work...

Thanks - but I would very much like to have a clean task and calendar on my PC anyhow.

I won't want to run the risk messing up my ax with old stuff.

So, how ?

I really could use a hint ...

How do I clean up ?
What is the name of the calendar datafile ? and the task datafile ?

Do I really have to reinstall the whole Office package again just to get rit of the unwanted data ?

Well ... finally I found a solution myself:

All the data are stored in a file called Outlook.pst

Remove/rename the file and Outlook is clean again.

Glad I shouldn't reinstall the whole system :)

Easy - when you know ....
