* Added "Dual Tabbed" today option
* Corrected bug in connectin manager handling which required "Automatic Proxy Selection" option to be enabled (which was not available to select when Connection Manager was enabled).
* Added new selection of connection methods when connection manager is enabled - not certain how the Windows Mobile operating system behaves, as it often appears to have a mind of its own...
* Updated languages following deployment of new translation tool.
* Added support for Simplied Chinese language - only available on devices supporting Chinese region (non-Chinese devices do not have the required fonts)
* Added today screen menu option to enable/disable display of last update time, and of images below forecast
* Added Puerto Rico region - was missing...
* Corrected image timestamp handling - the image timestamp was always UTC based instead of local time
