New Application For Media and RSS Feeds - Hubdog

I think this is front page worthy, a fairly decent idea, but not the finished product (Formerly known as NOMAD Media Hub) that supports RSS feeds with images, podcasts, webcasts, videocasts and even "hubcasts".

NOMAD MEDIA HUB evolved to serve you better !

FREE and IMPROVED, Nomad's newest reincarnation is called: HUBDOG.

This beast is an RSS MEDIA Reader / Aggregator with Podcast, Videocast support... and SO MUCH MORE!

Yeah, like what ?

<<< FRESH, PERSONALIZED CONTENT, ALWAYS FREE >>>
Huge selection of Videos, Podcasts, Blogs, News specially fit for your
Windows Mobile.

<<< SOCIAL MEDIA FOR YOUR MOBILE DEVICE >>>
Share and Discover suggested content, most popular community channels, latest channel entries and other member's channels.

<<< THE POWER TO FETCH >>>
Unique media Search Engine for Pocket PC.

<<< TOTAL CONVENIENCE WITH YOUR DESKTOP PC >>>
Create and preview your mobile channels from your IE or Firefox desktop web browser with Hubdog Toolbar.

Ok, so it requires Compact Framework 2.0... But 2.0 won't install on my X5... I'm off to find out if you can install 2.0 on WM2003...

Ok, I found the CAB download of CF 2.0 for WM2003 here. It's running! Woohoo!

Just reminds me how slow .NET is. I'll be looking for another RSS reader, though this one wasn't awful.

After testing it some more, I found out that it is actually very slow and unresponsive. But the idea is there. maybe with a bit more speed it could be a good program, but it's not there yet
