Need name of notepad app with easy set alarms

I'm looking for a notepad type of application that I easily write (freehand) a note and then set an alarm. If any of you have used PalmOS 5, one comes free with the OS (as an example).

I need something I can write 15-25 words on, not just jot down a name.

Must be compatible with WM5

Try alarmToday www.pocketmax.net
Pocket Informant includes AlarmNotes, which is what I use.
This also looks interesting... I am considering it

Those look interesting, but this is more of what I am looking for.

That old bugme program allowed me to hand write a quick note and set an alarm. I could also map it to one of the buttons.

Have you seen anything like this for pocket pc?

There is a BugMe for PPC. Dig around on EP's website and you'll find it. I've used it on my x51v... it was "okay" but a little bit (pardon the pun) buggy. I emailed their support and they told me that they planned to release a WM5.0 (and VGA) compatible version sometime soon. In fact, they said "in the next few weeks".. and that was a few weeks ago.

Another program that I have tried is apMemo. It works well and I almost bought it and then I found out BugMe was about to get a new release, so I'm waiting to evaluate it before I make a decision. apMemo can be found here:

apMemo works well.. is VGA compatible and isn't very expensive... so I think BugMe is gonna have a hard time beating them.. but I'm gonna give EP a chance.

this will only be somewhat useful... there's a program for palm called "diddlebug" it's open source and free. it totally pwns me... it is a huuuge part of why i have so much heart break from leaving palm.

anyway, to the point, there are programs that are like diddlebug for the ppc. look for them. (you should find multiple suggestions, so that's why i say look for them).

http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/apmemo.shtml is the most popular one.
