Does anyone know if such an app exists?

Basically just an app with 2 or more tracks so that voice can be recorded over an .mp3 instrumental track and preferably exported as a final mixdown of one vocal/instr. combined .mp3 track. Of course .mp3 would be much easier to work with than .wav.

Really just a sort of a pocket studio/DAW.

You know, someone gives you their music instrumental track in .mp3 form so you can then lay over rough vocals on your PPC to produce a very rough demo in .mp3 to give back to them.

Would be great for traveling artists/bands. ;)

I was looking for such a software before, but I didn't find anything. That may have changed, however.

You could prob do that with syntrax. But you might have to record with a separate app and use the voice track like a sample. There are a couple other sequencer apps out there, check these: http://www.pocketpcmag.com/awards/ca...sicComposition
