How do you creat Appointment Templates?

I shoe horses, so it would be nice to customize a template for my needs. Every appointment I do need to re-accure on a 5,6,7 or 8 week basis depending on the needs of the horse. So i would like to a template for things like this.. How do you make one? BTW im running Pocketinformant and pocketbreeze.

In Pocket Informant, tap on the PI icon at the bottom (the colorful, round one) then choose Edit Lists - Edit Templates. If you're running WM5, I believe you tap one of the softkeys first.
