I am looking for an application to automate the transfer of a file from the PC to my PDA.
The file will be have a fixed filename and be stored in a fixed location both on the PC and PDA.
I know I can drag it from the the PC to the PDA via ActiveSync but I want to automate it.
It is a bmp file.

Anything out there?

Why not use the "Files" synchronization feature in ActiveSync?

Tools | Options | Files | Add...

The file(s) will be updated every time you sync.

Thanks but that wont let you specify a file in a defined location within the folder structure on the PC to a defined location within the folder structure on the PDA

I want to dstribute a simple application with the main PDA and PC software. The thing is that the user creates the bmp file on the PC after installing the PC software. The PDA then needs to use that bmp when it prints to a bluetooth printer.

There's a program called mobsync that will let you synchronize any file or folder on your PC with your PDA.
