We just got ACT software installed and we did complete training, but we now have real world questions such as:

How do we distinguish different divisions within the same company (not departments, but more like different programs)? We have more Program Managers contacting the same company, but we want to be able to see/pull out contacts per each Program. How do we do this in ACT?

Welcome to aximsite Sany77. Can you be more specific or provide more info in your example? I use Act but I'm the only user in my company, so I'm not sure if I can relate to your question.
