Mad Recent trouble with Journal Bar?

I have had some recent trouble with Journal Bar. It can no longer connect when docked to sync with the feeds. I can use IE fine when docked. I have tried the 3 latest revs. The most recent comes up with an error if I reboot while docked that says " cannot run connmgr.exe"

The older versions give me a warning about not being able to connect with my current settings. But I have not changed anything.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks
-Ed

On X5

Whoops, I forgot to mention that this is on my old X5. That is why it was originally posted on the X5 thread....
