I have a Pocket PC running WM 2003. Theres no way i can lock the display or buttons on it, and its a real problem if its in my pocket.
So i was thinking is there any software out there that can lock the screen and/or buttons. Say it is locked while its on standby maybe you could assings some buttons and press a combination that then locks up the device.
I know this isnt a problem for x51 devices, but for older devices with no build-in lock software it is.
"Well, you could switch the lock switch on the side......." Read my post again.
Will try PocketSecure.
Yes, I read your post. Its not what you asked for, but it would work. Your problem is that its hitting stuff in your pocket right? Well, the lock switch would certainly prevent that....

What I think he is trying to say is, he has an older device that does not have a lock switch. Thus the need for software.
I have a password, with zero set as the timeout, so my X50V locks as soon as I press the power button or tap on a power off icon.
I read the doc on the PocketSecure website, just wondering if anyone had any opinions as to whether PocketSecure really added any function or additional security.
