Ok.. ok.. sorry... I was pushing it there.
But still... I have a hard time buying that there would be a legitimate legal concern with this sort of function. I know that if I was on the jury, I wouldn't convict!

No, I wouldn't worry about it as a private user. Most AvantGo channels are either A) setup by the web site and they've entered into an agreement so everyone knows what's up, or B) a custom channel created by an individual user and probably not going to be repurposed in some way that makes revenue for that user.
And those web sites that create their own content don't generally go looking for offenders, so don't sweat it. It's when you're googling around and you find that someone has plagiarized your stuff that makes you want to find a lawyer and say "sic 'em!" :approve:
