I found this program and if any one has ever been tired of AS syncing with you PDA all the time, then this is the program for you! Just click the button to disable and enable ActiveSync when ever you want it!

I've been using this program for a while now. It also prevents AS from putting itself back in your Startup after you disabled it using "Msconfig". That always annoyed me. By the way, they are up to ActiveSync Toggle v1.0.4.0.

I just tried to download it, and the download link does not seem to work HTTP Error 404 - File Not Found.

No; this gives you the ability to kill Active Sync on your computer.
