Dear Customer,

There is no documentation for TapText but we can guide through it and answer your questions.

To use TapText
- Once TapText is running, it installs a small icon at the top bar
- Tap on TapText's icon to bring TapText's menu
- Select any item in TapText's menu (or sub menu) and the text associated with this item will be inserted into your current application (editor).

To configure TapText
- Tap on TapText's icon to bring the menu
- Tap on (opt) to bring TapText's options
- Here you can configure the menu (add, delete, move, enable or disable items).
- You can create folders, separators and text items
- Text items has two fields, the first one is title and this is the one that shows in the menu, and second one is the text associated with this menu (the text to be inserted at the active application when this menu item is selected).

We hope it's clear enough now, please let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks very much for this. Yes, everything that you wrote is obvious from browsing the app. For some reason though I didn't grok it until I read your note. May I suggest that you include it with your app and on your site as a short readme.

Thanks again. I like the app very much.

Hello Bluesgeek,

Thank you for the suggestion.
Actually, we're currently building our website (the active one is just a temporary one).
And in the final website, we'll have more information about how to use each one of our products.

So, now after you figured out how to use it, do you like it?

I do like TapText and use it regularly. I want to be able to add Web Links with less steps. Also, I would like to be able to import a list of URL bookmarks.

I would like to suggest that you please take a look at the service being offered by Sync2It (http://www.sync2it.com)

It is a web-based bookmark syncing service that has desktop clients for Windows and Mac that keep bookmarks synced with their server. Here's where it gets interesting. It also has a mobile interface for the web, by which the user can "download" or view the bookmarks residing on the server on the device. However, there is no client for WM5. (Read their brief mobile help for an idea how it works: http://www.sync2it.com/mobile/help.htm). You will see that it is also cumbersome creating bookmarks to sync with Sync2It from the mobile device, having to load and navigate web pages to do so.

I would like to see TapText developed to be such a WM5 client, syncing or import/export from the Sync2It server. Of course, this along with a quicker, more direct way of creating bookmarks in TapText, to sync with Sync2It.
