Remind me alarms

Hello
I use very much the calendar of the axim but I never used the remind me option for appointments etc because all u can get is a pop up with a small and single bell ring.
A remind me signal would be much appreciated and indeed useful, is there any way to make it trill as a ringtone maybe with some 3rd party addons ?
Thanks

Try apreminder+.
It's free.
http://www.apsoftsystems.com/apreminderplus/index.htm

Or alarmToday at http://www.pocketmax.net/alarmToday.htm.
It's not free but is nice.
