I recently uninstalled Icon Xt simply because I didnt like the way the folders looked .

So i uninstalled it and the folders still look the same

can anyone help me with this?

I would reinstall, deactivate the software and then uninstall. This is a suggestion only as I do not use this software. Some Settings in teh reistry must be reset to its original state. Also have you try a soft reset after the uninstallation.

Hello!

The uninstallation will not help you :/
So take an example : My documents folder is skinned. Choose this folder and on the "Icon facory" form you can see folder's icon. This checkbox is checked because the the folder is already skinned. if you uncheck and press ok, the folder will no longer be skinned. :)
There are several skins available on jdhsoftware.com site :)
