OnBrick NXT programing solution for PPC

Quote:
NXT programmable RC

OnBrick is a 20 button programmable NXT remote controller for PDAs & PCs, using Bluetooth. Each RC button executes a user defined program - so now you can play with your NXT robots while building them. Pretty useful for testing sensors too.

There are 36 actions, most with a single parameter, including calibrated moves, wait for sensor events, simple sounds, individual motor control & power settings, loops...

Take a look at the PDA readme or PC readme for brief instructions. You can save/load any number of RC overlays - for example, one for each robot.

There are 2 versions of OnBrick - one for Windows XP, and one for Windows CE/WM5 on PDAs.
OnBrick for PDAs

Download (tested on Windows Mobile 5.0, should run on Pocket PC 2003/Windows Mobile 2003): complete zip or cab.
I have been trying this out and it has been working great on my X51V. :approve:

Yes, I have had mine for about a month and am very very pleased with it, it is a big jump from the RCX and robolab. It will be great for use with FLL.

How have you paired yhr X51 with the NXT? My NXT says "Line Busy" every time i try to connect...

I am doing it like this

X51 > Turn on Bluetooth > Make device detectable
NXT > Power On > Bluetooth > Search > Select X51 > Connection 1 > "Line Busy"

What am I doing wrong?

ok you need to connect to the nxt using you axim's bluetooth manager (start>settings>connections) or on the bottem of the today screen. search for the nxt then connect to its service. then run onbrick and it should work.
