utility to switch to standby after removing external power

Hi,
I need an app or utility which will switch my axim to standby mode right after removing it from cradle or disconnecting external power or disconnecting USB cable from computer.
Can anybody help?

Don't know of any utility to do that. But you can set the PPC to go to Standby after 1 min once it's on battery power.

There is an application working in the background on my Axim which on every run disables this feature, that is why I need 3rd utility which could switch Axim into standby despite of those settings.
