Someone told me this was possible but failed to tell me how.

Can someone point me in the right direction, or maybe give me an idea how to narrow the scrollbars? There's a link on the PHM Registry Edit website to registry tweaks, but it's not working right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks:)

Open \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ GWE \
Change the following values according to your needs:

cyHScr: Height of the horizontal bars in pixels (13 default)
cxHScr: Width of the horizontal bars in pixels (20 default)
cyVScr: Height of the vertical bars in pixels (20 default)
cxVScr: Width of the vertical bars in pixels (13 default)

gotta love that google both caches and translates pages so you can get to them even when the site is down, and the cached page is in french :)

SK Tools allows this feature, if this is all you wanted to do then I would suggest just downloading the beta of it, you also can clean up your PDA with it.
