Added [Disable PWO] to [View] menu
Added [Disable full screen temporarily with soft key on WM5] checkbox to the [Screen] option page.
Added [Focus] settings in the [PIE] option page

Updated D-Pad and Jog Dial scrolling issue on WM5
(RC2 uses the different routines for WM5 AKU2 devices or other OSes to scroll with D-Pad and Jog Dial.)
Moved the [Screen Drag] in [View] menu to [Scroll] menu
Moved the [Screen Drag] to the [Scroll] option page.
Fixed to handle the blank tag attribute in Pocket View. Example : <td width=50"">
Fixed the history not to ignore the same URL
Fixed the history not to add unnecessary duplicated URL
Fixed the history not to crash when going 2 or more steps in framed page
