I'm getting a new main computer. Will the programs on my axim automatically sync on the new machine or do I have to re-install everything?

You will have to establish a partnership with the new computer. Then you will have to choose which items to sync. You should not have to re-install programs on your axim but you may have to install them on your new computer if they need to talk to the axim. If the software is a standalone application only working on the axim then it will not have any impact to the computer setup. For example if you load something on your computer to install it then on your axim and the axim doesn't need the computer program to partner with it, then you will not need to reinstall it on your computer. If you need to reinstall it on your axim at a later date then you will need to load it on your computer again.
Your Outlook information should be transfered to the new computer when you first sync if you have sync set up where the axim data is kept if there is a conflict Look under the axim activesync settings to see which way you have it to handle conflicts.

Thanks, I think most if not all my apps are not dependent on my computer. Except for my GPS software, I guess I'll have to reload that for the maps.
