I was appalled when I noticed that Handango started charging a dowload protection fee. I had made all my purchases through them for easy record-keeping. Thank goodness I didn't solely rely on them. I kept all the emails in one fold and always keep an Excll speadsheet that shows all my purchases and codes (whether I am using the software any longer or not).

Since the day Handango started to enforce their download protection I have never bought from them again. Although I used to always refer business to Handango, I now tell people to avoid Handango if they ask about it.
