memmaid / sktools - both?

I have been using memmaid for a while now - good product. I seen a post from someone that uses memmaid and SKTools. Right now I am trying out SKTools, which has some pretty cool options.

Is there any good reason for owning both? What does SKtools have that memmaid doesn't - that would make me want to own it?

I have both right now. I bought SK Tools and I have a trial of MemMaid. To be honest, they are very similar programs. I can find very little difference. SK Tools has a backup feature which MemMaid does not have (I think). But I love the graphical memory usage chart in Memmaid. Overall, they are probably 80-90% overlapping, so a lot would come down to personal preference.

I decided on SK Tools based on the recommendations I read here. I have recently installed V bar also based on recommendations. I think I saw where pocketgear was offering a discount to aximsite members for SK Tools. I had already acquired it when I saw the discount.

I have both as well. SKTools was the first I bought, and I like the ability to schedule an unattended cleanup. Utilities often have some overlap and leapfrog each other in functionality. I got a good deal on MemMaid combined with discounts, so I got it, too.

I started with memmaid and really like the program. In my opinion, it is a little less aggressive in some of it's actions and therefore more forgiving.

SKTools can be very thorough in finding registry and other program entries, but sometimes, it is just that the program hasn't been used in a while or is currently not being used. Backups have saved my bacon a few times. but said, sktools has found a culprit entry that memmaid could not.

I like the backup, but it is not very intuitive for me. So at this I have both and use both.
