Does anyone know how to make the cLaunch tranparent. I thought I searched out , but I guess I could have missed it.

Don't get it - my cLaunch is transparent by default, except the borders -
do you want to get rit of the borderlines ?

Well, mine I guess could be called transparent, but it amplifies what's behind it and messes up my desktop. Just curious if there is a way to make it completely transparent?
Or Maybe I'm not "getting it"

I think your issue is that cLaunch does not do VGA (it does QVGA). For the part of the screen it covers, it will take a QVGA portion of the background image and stretch it across its background.

This has been discussed before, and no one has found a good work around.

There are a few options around, but none perfect:

1) get another launcher (my choice after desperate tries)
2) accept the reality (or reduce the problem by using a plain background)
3) fix the background and suffer from a new problem that only 1/4 of the icon images were shown on the screen (by using the 0409.mui trick, see http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showthread.php?t=113193)
