Okay well I found one at:

http://www.freewareppc.com/docs/pocketpdf.shtml

I followed what the site said, using pocket word to make a .txt file then converting into a .pdf, but i keep getting and error saying that the file is not supported. Has anyone else run into this?

EDIT: I guess it says this one the user comments the above posted link as well = ( Oh well, guess I won't be creating .pdf's on my PPC anytime soon.

Are you sure your creating a plain text document in Pocket Word?

It defaults to a .psw file unless you specifically request to "Save As" a plain text file.

(Frankly, I don't see the value of this pdf converter for text files; other than the novelty, since .txt files can be read by anything. The purpose of pdf was to allow viewing of non-standard application outputs)

Yes, I have saved as a plain .txt file, still didn't work. I wasn't super interested in the program, just wanted to see what it could do.

I remember now, but please confirm:

Your problem is in trying to READ the resulting PDF file on your AXIM, not creating the file, correct?

The reason is, the pdf creator creates only pdf version 1.0 formatted documents, and the adobe pdf viewer on your Axim supports the later formats.

An easy check is to copy the created pdf file to a desktop and see if it can be viewed. The desktop pdf viewer supports all earlier formats.
