OK, this is new. I have Resco Screen CDapture, which came with the REsco Utility Pack. I had never used it before today. The first time I used it, it worked fine. After that, it will take a picture of the screen, no problem, but it won't save. I have tried saving it to several different places, but it always comes up with an "unknown error." I tried uninstalling and reinstalling teh software, but that same thing "unknown error" and it will not save.

Any suggestions??

If the problem doesn't go away, use an alternate capture utility. Read my roundup of screen capture utilities.

Well, I found a workaround. If I tell it to save automatically, then that seems to work (instead of saving through a sep. dialogue. MUst be some problem with that save dialogue.
