PocketMusic Problems with Hardware Buttons

I can't seam to get the hardware buttons mapping to work in PocketMusic. When I select the action and then press the botton, it opens the application associated with that button and does not make the assignment. Any ideas? I sent 3 emails to PocketMusic support and have not heard anything back. Has anyone had any lick with PocketMusic support?

I had the same problem compouned with putting the app onto my CF cards, screwed the whole thing. After a hard reset I re-installed on the main memory and my hardware buttons that were assigned were working again. You can try a soft reset and if that doesn't work try uninstalling and re-installing.

Just remember that I am in NO way an expert, just a couple tips that worked for me.

I performed a full reset and installed Pocket Music into Main Memory, then installed my other apps and it still did not fix the problem. So, I did another Full Reset and have dicovered that the problem most likely is between Pocket Music and Pocket Informant. It works now, but during the install of Pocket Informant, it told it not to reassign my hardware buttons for Calendar and Contacts (I did this manually) Thanks for the suggestion and the help. Unfortunately, this morning I am reinstalling all of my apps. I gues this is a good time to do a little housekeeping on the Axim.

After reinstalling everything (except a few apps), everything worked fine. A couple of days ago the hardware buttons stopped working again. I had not made any changes to the Axim data in a few days (except for installing an app I forgot to install after the reinstall) so I restored from my backup (Sprite Backup, scheduled (What a great program)) and the buttons started working again. A day later it hit me, so for a test I installed the missing app again and the buttons stopped working. I uninstalled the app and they worked again. A HA! So, what was the offending application....Iliumsoft's Dockware. I am not sure why, probably since dockware must remain resident in memory. So, I will not be using Dockware untill the two apps can get along.

I have the identical issue: Dockware doesn't like PocketMusic. Did you ever resolve this? I would like to use both if possible.
