Question Calendar, Tasks and Contacts not working


I have a X51v I bought from Dell a few months ago.

One day it refused to sync. I've read many threads and nothing worked.
I also noticed that Agendafusion was not working, I got an error every time I tried to run it.
Also tried with the WM5 Calendar, Tasks and Contacts apps, but get "No program memory available". I verified and had like 25MB free memory.

Any ideas?

First, to aximsite. I assume you have done much of the following, but just in case. See if you have any better luck after each suggestion.

1. soft reset
2. Uninstall agenda fusion, soft reset, and look for any left over files that you can remove, soft reset.

3. False hard reset. Go through the steps for a hard reset. When it asks it gives you the opportunity to continue, do not continue. this results in a soft reset.

Short of a full hard reset on the axim, this is about all I can think of.

Before hard reset which is the remedy of last resort, as you will lose everything on the axim, you can try to reinstall activesync on your pc and see if you can re-establish a connection to your computer. If you can, then you can download some of the clean up tools to empty your temporary folders and get rid of extra files from bad installs.

Try each of these things one at a time.

As I said, a hard reset may be your only answer.

I cannot believe it.
I did a hard reset. Synchronized the Outlook.
Then added only the Agenda Fusion. Soft reset.
Finally, it is unable to synchronize.
I'm going crazy.

Please don't go Crazy. I'm not familiar with agenda fusion. Make sure you have a version that is compatible with wm5. If you have any earlier version, that may be your problem. I'm also not very familiar with outlook. Could you have a bad or corrupted record that causes a problem with the axim, but not the pc.

In other organizers, I have exported my information to new data files to find the offending record.
