Help! I have spent over four hours with tech support trying to get my tasks, calender and contacts to sync. We have installled/uninstalled office, activesync, outlook, done resets, ect.
I have windows 98 2nd ed. on my computer and am about ready to return my axim. What is odd is that two items do sync so at least I know the connection is working.
Please let me know if you have any new suggestions. I would be amazed if I was the only one with this problem, but the guys I've talked to at tech sure act like it.

After all that it the problem seems to be on my computer. I tried it at work as a tech final suggested and it works now. I'm really glad I didn't give up and am now enjoying my Axim. Now I'll probably upgrade to XP on my home computer and I'll be set. This is a great site!
