logmein doesn't show desktop on axim

i've had a free logmein account for over a year, and i've been able to control my desktop via my axim x50v. i recently moved and set up a wireless network. i can access the internet via my axim wifi, but when i use logmein, pocket ie shows a split window with "preferences - remote control - disconnect" in the left pane, but the right pane is black with a white box in the center. i uninstalled & reinstalled the ppc remote control cab file, soft reset the axim, switched between sevga & ozvga and back, and nothing helps. anyone else have this problem?

I have it but I have to bring up my server. I'll test it to see and post back shortly
