One of my instructors puts homework and other things online, I would like to be able to view this page when I don't have a wireless connection... I can view the page while at school, but when I goto work I don't have a wireless connection so I can't view it.

I didn't see an option for this in PIE or Opera, is there a web browser that allows this?

just use your favorite web browser

file>save as...

Save it to your SD/CF card and you can view offline
