email truncated

When downloading email from my pop3 account, the email message body is being truncated by the inbox application. A message pops up saying "tap edit and mark message for download" however when I do this, mark for download is not an option.

Any suggestions?

There is a setting to only allow a certain number of lines and a certain message size to be downloaded, have you checked these options to make sure it's not set too low?

Message truncated

I am having the same problem. When I am on the road, I download my email using my cell phone as my modem. My account connects, logs in and then when I read the email, I get the message that the message is truncated. In my settings on my pc, MS Activesync is set for 100 lines, but I thought that was for syncing email when connected to the desktop computer

Is there a setting on the Axim to not have to reconnect to down load the full email so I get more than just the headers? Or do I have to mark for download and then reconnect? Thanks

In pocket inbox goto Accounts -> Accounts and tap on your ISP setting. Navigate to the Server information screen. Select Options. Navigate to the 3rd screen (3/3). Change the dropdown from "Get message headers only" to "Get full copy of messages".

I am using WM 2003. In the Axim, I went to Accounts-Account Options-.* pop3, I have marked "Get full copy of messages" What am I missing? Thanks

I am using wm5 and a hotmail account, so how can I get it to download the full message?
