Of these three (PocketBreeze, Pocket Informant, Agenda Fusion) which do you like best and why?

PocketBreeze is not really a PIM (Neither is Diary, for that matter); however, PB will work with the built-in PIM, with PocketInformant, or with AgendaFusion. I use PB with PI.

Ditto here.

I've also used PB, but never understood the hype around it. I only use PI.

To each his/her own. It depends on how one uses the PDA. I use both PI and PB. I like the additional formatting, color selections, and choices of PocketBreeze over the standard Today plug-ins. There are screen shots at the link below. I have always preferred tabs over menus, which is probably why PocketBreeze and iLauncher appeal to me. Sometime I need the additional power of PocketInformant and go into it, but usually those features are accessible from the PocketBreeze front-end.

I agree with the others that PocketBreeze technically isn't a PIM; however, if I had to choose between it and Pocket Informant, I suppose I would take PocketBreeze with the default PIM. The biggest drawback with not having Pocket Informant would be the loss of the ABC/123 priorities. The default PIM is sorely lacking in this respect.
I find the PocketInformant adds flexibility over the built-in PIMs in scheduling, especially repeating tasks and appointments, and I use the linking capabilities extensively, too.
But most of the time I'm working the PIMS as presented on the Today screen by PocketBreeze.
