With all the talk of DST, I found out it was changing in 2007. I didn't see it posted here yet, delete my post if it already is, but Microsoft is providing us with the reg hack for windows mobile devices to change to the correct DST rules.
This is for USA and Canadian citizens only and to Windows Mobile 2003, 2003SE, and 5.0
Microsoft says it can be compiled into a .cab file. It also sounds a little confusing to the average person, like myself.

Here is the link to the Microsoft Support Article. This page is rendering weird in Firefox, but im on an older pc.

I'm sure it will be publicly avaliable as a .cab file soon, or something. But for now, here it is.
