Magic Button is not as customizable as most software of its type (WisBar, iLauncher, Icbar). I am a big fan as well of MB, but don't know of any way to change the icon.
It sometimes freezes on my x51v and won't respond --requires a soft reset to correct. Otherwise the axim behaves normally. I notice it particularly when I have been using the Dell WLAN utility--I don't think they play well together. Other than that I have no problems with Mbutton.

desplin - thanks for the info.
I used MB on my (crashed) x3i and liked it very much.
But I also use wifi every time that I switch on my new x51v so I'm a little concerned ...
Well, maybe I just should try MB before I've installed other programs ... :p
MB only crashes in the Wifi panel if you have it in "Task Manager" mode. If you have the normal menu bar then it works without any trouble at all. Other than that it works fine.
I actually prefer the circled OK and X buttons, they look better than the half-arsed square WM5 versions. The sqaure ones look like they should be wider, that they're only just large enough for the symbols.

I think he means if you have MB set to close with the X. If you are only using it to display apps in the taskbar, then there is no conflict. Of course then you must use another task manager to actually close apps...
This is exactly why i don't use MB. iLauncher just updated their software to have this "real" close capability. 2 birds with 1 stone (or with iLauncher its more like 6 birds with one stone).
I think that feature with iLauncher 3 still needs improvement inorder for me to switch completely. I felt that it was a hassle to use. MB is simple and easy to use.
By "Task Manager" mode I mean the icons for programs appearing beside the start button instead of the application name. Magic button switches between this mode and normal by tapping and holding the Close button for one second.
It is this mode that usually causes problems, otherwise almost everything works fine with it.
