How long does it take for their support to get back to you?
I had to hard reset my Axim, and on reinstall, my serial key no longer worked, because the hardware key seems to have changed. Which is a PITA, because I'd just got used to using it in the library, and the free version isn't much use to me, since it's monolingual, and I use Tengo in 3 languages.
I'd only bought it a month or so ago, I'm a bit peeved they hven't got back to me yet - I emailed them about this 10 days ago!

I certainly can't afford to keep shelling out £13 every time my Axim WSODs! :realmad:
However, I can understand that they wouldn't replace it - there's no way to prove I'm not trying to install it on another device.
I don't get why I didn't realise before I bought it that it would be such a waste of money, I guess I assumed it would last through hard-resets, like all my other license keys
