Pocket DVD Studio 4.0 Output File Sizes

What size does a standerd 2hr movie come out as when converted with Pocket DVD Studio 4.0 into VGA? I have a 1gb card and was wondering if I could fit 2 movies on there or not. Would a 2hr movie be smaller if I used PocketDivxEncoder or Pocket DVD Studio 4.0?

Depends on the settings you choose.
For me, the smallest size I can get and still have decent video quality & sound is around 600MB for a 80(+/-) minute movie.
For max quality and sound the size is around 1.5GB

For 2 movies on a 1GB card the quality will be low, with a low bitrate and low sound (probably mono).

Would 1 2hr movie fit on a 1gb SD with good quality? By good quality I mean stereo sound, no missing frames, and clear video.

Yes it would. Have a look at Fairuse Wizard as well.

Besides the price, what's the difference between Fairuse Wizard and Pocket DVD Studio?

All I can say is I tried and paid for Pocket, then was recommended to fairuse and I haven't used pocket since. For me it is easier and seems to do more stuff without any problems. Not a very good technical answer, but even my wife uses fairuse and doesn't get it wrong, but check with others because I think I just got my 6th pint of Guiness.
