To Do Lists

My memory is not the best, and I'm after some software to create multiple to do lists.

Hopefully there is smoething that can work in a similar way to the default task manager, but can manage more than one list.

I find that the PIM-based To Do is best for my real tasks. I get a lot of granularity via Categories. With PocketInformant behind them and PocketBreeze in front of them, I find Task management to be fairly easy. Now if only I could find some software to actually DO the tasks....

For other list type applications there are the secure list managers (eWallet, SplashID, FlexWallet) and generalized list managers such as ListPro.

I would also recommend a PIM-based task manager.

ListPro is my favorite - especially for - but not limited to - recurring tasks like shopping, travel packing, domestic tasks.
In short: checklists

List pro is great!

If you are looking for freeware, try Handy Shopper. You can yuse it for to-do's as well.

Still, I use the task list in Pocket Informant in conjunction with Pocket Breeze.

And inventory lists. Anything you might want to view in different sort orders. I used ThinkDB (AKA ThinkDB2, AKA SmartListToGo) on the Palm and migrated everything into ListPro. It has a desktop component and the means to import/export data easily in standard data formats. And an alarm facility if you choose to use it.

But no Today plug-in. At least not yet anyway.

For for normal pedestrian To Do Tasks the built-in PIM works best for me. Adding PocketInformant and PocketBreeze just makes it work that much better.

I've only had Pocket informant for a day, but it looks like suits everything I need.

Its was a steep learning curve, but I think it will be well worth purchasing. The other included apps, like a better calendar just top it off.

Thanks for the help people
