I just make a folder in my sd or cf card and pop the files in.

it really doesn't matter which folder you put it in as long as you have room to put it their

The axim file structure is kinda like a windows file structure... It doesn't really matter where you put it. Built in storage is a pretty popular place, but there's also a "my documents" folder or something. Any which way works fine.

I usually load games to SD Card and Videos to CF Card.

But like what the rest of the folks here said ... it doesn't really matter.

SD card for me too. I created sub folders called Games and Videos and put them there so I can easily find them.
