front end for car use?

hi recently i have bougt tft 8", vga cable and the famous thinkoutside mousse blutooth. so i want to use my pda for make multimedia station but does it exist a front end for car ? a little application with big short link wich can lunch your favorite gps and another with a player for mp3 with big short link to have more facility for car use because the tcpmp have little short link to play pause and into car use it will be dangerous. thanks :)

For big buttons to use for car use, MortPlayer is a good choice - skinnable and freeware too (check out mypod skin).

For launching programs with icons I like iLauncher. For GPS I have one icon to toggle the Bluetooth on/off and another for iGuidance.
