I upgraded to MediaPlayer10 for my Axim30. It suddenly stopped playing converted movies. I have never found a way to reinstall Mobile 2003 or upgrade MP10.. Dell does not give any support that I can find.

Is there a way to "reinstall MP10"???
Is there a BETTER free movie player to download and use?

To "reinstall WM2003", just do a hard reset (hold down power button while doing a soft reset). You will lose data and all installed programs though. If you have a recent backup made BEFORE you upgraded WMP, you can restore that.

Try TCPMP for an alternative player. Highly recommended!
